Hanover Public Schools Preschool Program invites the parents\/guardians of
\npreschool age children to come to Cedar Elementary School on Thursday,
\nFebruary 12th between the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to register for
\nthe 2015-2016 integrated preschool program. The program will be open to 3
\nand 4 year olds. Your child must turn 3 by September 1, 2015 to be
\neligible.<\/p>\n
As part of the registration process, please download the following forms
\nfrom the Hanover Public School\u2019s website www.hanoverschools.org\/cedar
\nunder student registration:
\n\u2022\tRegistration Form
\n\u2022\tMedical History Form
\n\u2022\tParent information Form
\n\u2022\tDevelopmental Questionnaire
\n\u2022\tPrimary Home Language Survey<\/p>\n
Please bring these additional documents to registration:
\n\u2022\tOriginal birth certificate
\n\u2022\t2 forms of verification of residency\/ address in Hanover (i.e. license,
\ntax bill, water bill, utility bill etc.)<\/p>\n
Registration packets will be available at Cedar School on registration day.<\/p>\n
Program Description:
\n\u2022\tA tuition-based 4-day integrated preschool program following the Common
\nCore Standards (M,W,Th, F) with 2.5 hour morning and afternoon sessions
\n\u2022\tParents are required to provide transportation
\n\u2022\tPeer models must be toilet trained before the start of school<\/p>\n
It is not necessary for children to attend registration. Your child will
\nhave an opportunity to visit with preschool staff at a later date. <\/p>\n
