Please join the Hanover Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC)
\nfor a workshop for parents and teachers on “Stress Awareness: How Parents
\nCan Help Their Children with Stress” presented by Rana Chudnofsky, Tuesday,
\nMarch 10th at Center Elementary School in Hanover. This workshop has been
\nrescheduled from February 10th. Please note that this is a new location –
\nCenter Elementary School in Hanover.<\/p>\n
Research shows that children and teens that are trained in mind body
\ntechniques develop more efficient work habits, and feel less stress and
\nanxiety. In this workshop, Ms. Chudnofsky will discuss stress reduction
\nfor children and useful strategies for parents and educators. Please see
\nattached flyer for complete details. <\/p>\n
