\nHanover Bronze Award Girl Scouts cordially invite all girls and families in
\nHanover to a celebration of Girl Scout traditions at:<\/p>\n
Hanover Girl Scouts\u2019 2015 World Thinking Day<\/p>\n
\u201cWe can create peace through partnerships”.
\nWorld Thinking Day is a Special Girl Scout Day begun in 1926, where Girl
\nScouts and Girl Guides around the world (10 million strong) celebrate
\ninternational friendships and honor their sisters in other countries. This
\nyear\u2019s theme comes from the UN\u2019s Millennium Development Goals. Girl
\nScouts do more than sell cookies!<\/p>\n
Date: Saturday, March 28th
\nTime: 2:00 \u2013 4:00 p.m.
\nPlace: St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Parish Hall
\n392 Hanover Street (Route 139), Hanover MA <\/p>\n
Tickets available at the door – cash only
\nUniformed Girl Scouts and Children $3.00
\nAdults Free<\/p>\n
Girl Scout Troops in town are sponsoring booths representing different
\ncountries around the world. Each booth will have interesting facts about
\nits country and a small \u201ctaste\u201d of that country\u2019s cuisine, arts,
\nfashion, music, culture, or language. All children will receive a
\n\u201cpassport\u201d to the event and receive \u201cvisa stamps\u201d at every country
\nbooth they visit. Other International and Girl Scout themed stations will
\ninform and entertain.<\/p>\n
This event will bring a fun Girl Scout tradition to the Girl Scouts of
\nHanover, and supports girls from Troops #81800 and #75055 as they work on
\ntheir Bronze Award. For more information, please contact

A cash-only concession stand for drinks and snacks will be available.
