Customer service and community outreach is our priority. We encourage your
\nfeedback; please take a few minutes to fill out the on-line survey found
\nhere: http:\/\/www.hanover-ma.gov\/survey . This anonymous survey inquires
\nabout issues such as community priorities, municipal services, and customer
\nservice.<\/p>\n
The results of this survey will provide us with a consumer report card for
\nthe Town by allowing residents the opportunity to rate the quality of life
\nin Hanover and their satisfaction with community amenities and local
\ngovernment. The results will be compiled into a report that will be
\nreviewed by the Board of Selectmen, Town Manager, and Department Heads. The
\nreport will also be posted on the Town\u2019s website to serve as a benchmark
\nfor years to come.<\/p>\n
