Dear fellow Hanoverians:
\nWith Hanover High School\u2019s Class of 2015 graduation behind us (but the
\nwell-deserved celebrating will continue for months, I am sure!), we are
\nmoving on to Hanover Day here in town!<\/p>\n
3 ON 3 BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT AT HANOVER DAY<\/p>\n
Hanover Day’s 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament for boys and girls in grades 3 –
\n8 is back by popular demand! This year’s event is brought to you by
\nSmileBoston of Pembroke and it promises to be even bigger and better!
\nTeams are made up of 3-4 players from grades three through eight. Winning
\nteams will win championship t-shirts and great prizes!<\/p>\n
Details:
\n\u2022\tEach team will play a minimum of two 15 minute half court games.
\n\u2022\tRegistration fee is $25 per team.
\n\u2022\tTeams will be paired up randomly within their age and gender group.
\n\u2022\tTeams must have only three or four players.
\n\u2022\tWinning teams of each division will receive a championship t-shirt and
\na Dick’s gift certificate!
\n\u2022\tOne referee and one scorekeeper will be provided for every game.
\n\u2022\tAll teams must register and pay in advance! Absolutely no
\nregistrations will be accepted on the day of the event.
\n\u2022\tRegistration will close on June 14th and all brackets will be finalized
\nthe week prior to Hanover Day. Check their website for brackets and times.
\nBrackets will be arranged by grades and by gender. All games will be
\nplayed on the outdoor basketball courts at Sylvester Field and start at
\n2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 20th and end approximately at 6:00 p.m.
\nChampions will be announced at the end of each division\u2019s games. You
\nwill receive an email with final schedule prior to the event. Players must
\nbe currently in the grades they list to be eligible to play in the
\nappropriate age bracket.<\/p>\n
