Readers of \u201cATOTW\u201d will know that the Bylaw Review Committee plans to conduct two public hearings to review all by-law proposals on Thursday, March 5 and Thursday, March 12.\u00a0 Operating under the directive of Article 46 approved at the May 14, 2007 Town Meeting, the purpose of these hearings is to facilitate communication and foster understanding of the intent and outcome of the proposals that will be put before the voters at the annual Town Meeting in May.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What you might not know yet, however, is the proposed schedule which is as follows:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

March 5:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

7:00 PM\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Board of Selectmen \u2013 change in fees<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

By-law Review Committee \u2013 add Board of Assessors to bylaws; Advisory Committee recommendations to be printed in Town Warrant <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Town Collector \u2013 change in fees<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Board of Health \u2013 add description to bylaws<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Board of Public Works \u2013 permitting of trenches<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Planning Board \u2013 change in fees<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Petition article \u2013 increase in membership to Board of Health<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The hearings will begin promptly at 7:00 PM and will be held in the large hearing room at Town Hall.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
