Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
The Hanover Open Space Committee is requesting volunteers to help with
\ntrail clean-up at conservation properties in town. The winter has left many
\ndowned limbs and branches. We will be leading a group on Wednesday
\nmorning, April 6 at 9:00 am, and again on Saturday, April 9 at 9:00 am. We
\nwill meet at the Town Hall parking lot and will carpool to Denham Pond
\nTrails on Circuit Street, and perhaps other properties. If you have
\nequipment, please bring clippers, chainsaws, brush cutters, etc. We will
\nhave extra tools for those who need them. Please remember to wear sturdy
\nshoes, gloves, and insect\/tick repellant. This is a great opportunity to
\nhelp with trail upkeep, explore our conservation areas, and meet other
\nlike-minded volunteers. For more information, please contact

On Wednesday, April 13 and Saturday, April 16, the Hanover Open Space
\nCommittee will be leading guided walks on the Denham Pond Trails property
\non Circuit Street. We will meet at the Town Hall parking lot at 9:30 am
\nand carpool (parking is limited at the trail site). This lovely
\nconservation area includes a pond and vernal pools. Naturalist leaders
\nwill point out signs of spring along the way. Our walk will be a little
\nless than one mile round trip. Please join us for this great welcome to to
\nspring! Sturdy walking shoes and insect\/tick repellant are recommended.
