Fall Soccer is an<br \/>\n&#8220;in town&#8221; program with all games being held in Hanover at Forge Pond Park.<br \/>\nPlayers in grades 1-8 will play games on Saturdays and have 1 practice<br \/>\nduring the week. Pre-K Soccer is open to children entering Pre-K this Fall<br \/>\n(4 years old by September 1st). Sessions will be held on Saturday mornings,<br \/>\nwith no practices during the week. Kindergarten Soccer is open to children<br \/>\nregistered in Kindergarten this Fall (5 years old by September 1st).<br \/>\nSessions will be held on Saturday mornings with no practices during the<br \/>\nweek.<\/p>\n<p>Registration is open through June 15th at the base rate of $85.00. A $25.00<br \/>\nlate fee will be added to all registrations beginning June16th. Questions<br \/>\nabout Soccer programs may be directed to info@hyaa.net.<\/p>\n<p>The HYAA Football program is for grades 2-8, and for all skill levels.<br \/>\nTeams participate in the Old Colony Youth Football League; for more<br \/>\ninformation on the league, please visit http:\/\/ocyfl.com\/.  Practices begin<br \/>\nin mid August and will be every evening during the week, until school<br \/>\nstarts, then typically three times a week; coaches will confirm practice<br \/>\ntimes. Games begin the Sunday after Labor Day, and run until the<br \/>\nPlayoffs\/Superbowl in early November.<\/p>\n<p>HYAA provides helmets, shoulder pads, and game jerseys.  Players are<br \/>\nrequired to provide game pants, practice jerseys, practice pants, mouth<br \/>\nguards and plastic molded cleats, they can&#8217;t be screw on or metal. The<br \/>\nRegistration fee is $100.00 which must be paid at the time of registration<br \/>\nto secure your spot.  A $25.00 late fee will apply after May 15th.<br \/>\nQuestions about the football program may be directed to Football<br \/>\nCommissioner Warren Boutin at warren.boutin@eversource.com .<\/p>\n<p>The Cheerleading program has 2 options.  Sideline cheerleading is open to<br \/>\ngirls in grades 1-8. There is no minimum skill or experience required.  All<br \/>\nparticipants are placed on a squad based on the grade they\u2019re going into<br \/>\nfall of 2016.<\/p>\n<p>All sideline cheerleaders will be cheering at weekly football games as well<br \/>\nas post-season play. In addition to the registration fee, additional costs<br \/>\nwill be incurred for sneakers, booty shorts, crop tops, jackets and warm up<br \/>\npants and bows. The fee for Sideline Cheerleading is $85.00 until May 15th.<br \/>\nBeginning May 16th a $25.00 late fee will be added to all registrations.<br \/>\nPractices will begin week of Aug. 8th at coach&#8217;s discretion.<\/p>\n<p>Some girls may also choose to participate in the Competition Cheerleading<br \/>\nprogram. This has additional fees and is a separate registration. The HYAA<br \/>\nCompetition Cheerleading program is for girls currently registered in<br \/>\nSideline Cheerleading in grades 3 \u2013 8 who wish to participate in<br \/>\nCompetition Cheer.  This program is in addition to sideline cheer and<br \/>\nchoreography and practices are mandatory for anyone on competition team.<br \/>\nThis is a serious commitment and practices will increase as they get closer<br \/>\nto competition dates .
