I am so pleased when I get to recognize a local business
\n“doing good” for Hanover residents.<\/p>\n

There is a new Zumba Studio in town called Zumba Fitness
\nPlus!  Zumba is the latest fitness craze infusing Latin-inspired dance
\nwith fitness. Owner Darlene Clark is not only a "townie", but she is
\nalso one of the instructors.  They are offering FREE<\/strong> Zumba,
\nYoga and Pilates<\/strong> on March 22nd between 1:00 pm –
\n5:00 pm.<\/strong>  The open house will give you a chance to sample a
\nvariety of instructors and their individual styles as they each give a 15
\nminute demonstration class on a rotating schedule.  <\/p>\n

\nyou are new to Zumba or not.  For more information regarding their free
