Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
Residents of Hanover have spoken loudly and clearly. On Monday, by a
\nunanimous vote, 716 voters at the Special Town Meeting more than exceeded
\nthe 2\/3 majority needed to approve the Center School addition and move it
\nalong to a ballot vote.<\/p>\n
And then today, Saturday, by an unofficial tally of 1692 in favor and 358
\nopposed, residents of Hanover voted to approve the addition, when only a
\nmajority was necessary.<\/p>\n
Regardless of your view on this issue, and at the risk of skipping dozens
\nof people, please join me in thanking Libby Corbo, Kim Mills-Booker, Rachel
\nHughes, Julia Traggorth, Jocelyn Keegan, and countless others for
\nvolunteering their time and energy to bring this question to the people.
\nResidents like you make our town the awesome community it is.<\/p>\n
The people have spoken. Our schools and our children matter. Hanover
\nrocks.<\/p>\n
