Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
Veterans and current military personnel will be honored during the 9:30 am
\nchurch service on November 13 at the First Congregational Church of
\nHanover, 547 Hanover Street across from Town Hall. All veterans, military
\npersonnel, and families are invited. <\/p>\n
As part of the worship service. a theater group called Just Peace Players
\nwill perform \u201cWomen of the Greatest Generation: Stories of Faith, Hope,
\nLove and Courage.\u201d They will enact stories, told in the words of women
\nwho lived through the Second World War, including mothers and wives,
\nnurses, USO dancers, and veterans. The Just Peace Players are a group of
\nordained and lay United Church of Christ ministers who have been performing
\nfor over a decade. <\/p>\n
In addition, there will be a special recognition of veterans in attendance.
\nThe event will be recorded for playback on Hanover Community Television.<\/p>\n
