I have gotten numerous questions both in my office and at home regarding
\nthis upcoming public hearing, and have been asked to post this as a result.<\/p>\n
From the official notice: “Notice is hereby given pursuant to
\nMassachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 5 (The Zoning Act),
\n that the Planning Board of the Town of Hanover will hold a
\nPublic Hearing on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the
\nsecond floor hearing room of the Town Hall, 550 Hanover Street,
\nHanover.”<\/p>\n
Up for discussion are articles regarding a proposed temporary moratorium on
\nthe sale of marijuana, a proposal to change the zoning for the St. Mary’s
\nproperty from residential to business, and some changes to Planned
\nResidential Developments for Seniors and to Village Planned Unit
\nDevelopment.<\/p>\n
