The First Congregational Church of Hanover is proud to present \u201cAn
\nEvening in Israel\u201d, followed by a charity auction in support of the
\nUnited Nations Humanitarian Action, UNICEF on Saturday, April 29th at 5:00
\np.m. Members of the church recently traveled to Israel, and they have
\nbrought back new insights on the needs of children in the area surrounding
\nJerusalem. To raise funds which will go directly to UNICEF, the Stewardship
\nCommittee will be auctioning baskets with the theme \u201cDo What You Love\u201d,
\nwhich will emphasize hobbies and passions. <\/p>\n
The evening will feature Middle Eastern cuisine, a lively slide show
\npresentation, and the opportunity to talk with those who enjoyed this life
\naltering trip. The event is free and open to the community. <\/p>\n
First Congregational Church of Hanover has been a congregation serving the
\nTown of Hanover and surrounding area since the town\u2019s inception. It is
\nlocated in Hanover Center at 547 Hanover Street.
