For the past few years, I have been forwarding to you Jan Perry\u2019s e-mails
\nregarding the fundraisers for the scholarships in her son\u2019s name. I have
\nlearned to just cut and paste them verbatim, because her tone and
\nenthusiasm and love for her son simply can\u2019t be re-created by anyone.
\nJan moved to Easton this past year, but Josh was a Hanover kid, and so he
\nwill always be so. In addition to the SSVT scholarships, some of the money
\nshe raises goes to Hanover kids in need of tutoring who want to go to South
\nShore Vo Tech. Thanks, Jan, for all you have done in your son\u2019s name.
\nSSVT kids and we are all better for it. <\/p>\n

\u201cYES, WE CHANGED IT UP\u2026..It\u2019s been almost 5 years since Joshua left
\nus at the young age of 17. To keep his memory alive, to remember his goofy
\nnoises and his laugh, we figured what better way to accomplish this but to
\nhave a comedy show. Who doesn\u2019t like to laugh\u2026.Josh always did. <\/p>\n
A little about Josh: As a very active kid who loved to ride his BMX bike
\nfor hours, he also loved to keep his friends & family laughing with his
\nlittle noises & one-liner remarks. He had a very soft heart and would come
\nto anyone\u2019s defense, no matter the cost. There is no doubt that he
\ncherished his family and friends.<\/p>\n
We continue with Josh\u2019s heartfelt intentions by raising funds for another
\nyear to help students at the South Shore Vocational Technical High School.
\nFrom pay-it-forward scholarships to tutoring for pre-SSVT Hanover students
\nto financial assistance with shop requirements.<\/p>\n
