As summer is sadly winding down, Hanover SNAP is excited to bring the town
\nof Hanover its second year of SNAP recreational activities! <\/p>\n
Hanover SNAP is an independent nonprofit organization striving to provide a
\nvariety of athletic and recreational opportunities to children and young
\nadults with different abilities and special needs. Hanover SNAP volunteers,
\npeer mentors and coaches work together to provide an inclusive, positive
\nsocial environment for all participants with the goal to foster true
\nfriendships while encouraging growth and development. To learn more about

The Hanover SNAP website calendar is up to date and includes information on
\nregistration, training and dates for the entire 2017-2018 season. <\/p>\n
FOR PARTICIPANTS:
\nRegistration for the SNAP FALL SOCCER season is now OPEN!!! Fall soccer
\nwill run on Saturday afternoons at Forge Pond Park beginning September 23
\nthrough November 4th, excluding Columbus Day Weekend.
\nPlease head to the Hanover SNAP website to register your child as a
\nparticipant as soon as possible! Registration closes September 1st so
\nplease register ASAP!
\nPlease note: ALL FAMILIES must register as NEW PARTICIPANTS at the start
\nof each new year in order to collect the most up to date information to
\nbest support all participants!

FOR STUDENT VOLUNTEERS:
\nIf you are interested in volunteering as a peer pal, mentor-in-training or
\nmentor, REGISTRATION FOR STUDENT VOLUNTEERS for FALL SOCCER IS NOW OPEN!!

\nAll students in grades 5-12 are welcome to sign up to volunteer. Fall
\nsoccer will run on Saturday afternoons at Forge Pond Park beginning
\nSeptember 23 through November 4th excluding Columbus Day Weekend.
\nPlease Note: All new volunteers will have a brief interview with a member
\nof the Hanover SNAP Board. Student interviews will be held on 9\/7\/2017.
\nPlease Note: ALL volunteers must attend one mandatory training session on
\neither 9\/11\/2017 or 9\/16\/2017.
