Chess Club for Kids <\/p>\n
Are your kids interested in playing chess or learning to play? If so,
\nplease join this new group on the first Monday of each month from 5:30 –
\n6:30 p.m. at the library. It will be interactive – with parents and kids
\nhelping each other to learn to play, as well as more experienced players
\nhaving a chance to play against one another. Bring your chess set if you
\nhave one, but there will be some extras there as well.<\/p>\n
Dates are November 6, December 4, January 8 (since the first Monday is a
\nholiday), February 5, March 5, April 2, May 7 and June 4. At that time the
\ngroup can decide if they should continue through the summer or wait and
\npick up next fall.<\/p>\n
