Calling young creative writers on Saturday, November 25 from 2:00 – 4:00
\np.m.! The Friends of the John Curtis Free Library are excited to sponsor a
\n2-hour writing workshop for young adults between the ages of 14-16 who
\nmight be interested in further imagining characters that have come to their
\nminds. Jane Utley Adelizzi, Ph.D., a writer, visual artist, and retired
\ncollege professor, will encourage participants to draw, discuss,
\nhypothesize, and write about their characters to help fully develop these
\nfictional personalities. It\u2019s a great way to launch that story! <\/p>\n
This class is free of charge and is open to 10 young writers (8
\nparticipants needed to run the class). Registration is happening now at the
\nchildren\u2019s circulation desk, downstairs at the library. Register early
