The good folks at Hanover Public Schools are pleased to invite the
\nparents\/guardians of children who will be five years of age prior to
\nSeptember 1, 2018 to come to their neighborhood home school on<\/p>\n
Wednesday, January 17th,
\nThursday, January 18th or
\nFriday, January 19th <\/p>\n
anytime between 8:45-10:45 a.m. to register for Kindergarten for 2018-2019
\nschool year.<\/p>\n
Cedar and Center\/Sylvester Elementary Schools both offer the option of
\napplying for Full-Day Kindergarten or Half-Day Kindergarten. Full-Day
\nKindergarten is tuition based. If you have questions about the
\nKindergarten Option for your child, please contact the building principals.
\n The contact at Center\/Sylvester is Jane DeGrenier, Principal, and she can
\nbe reached at 781-826-2631 or jdegrenier@hanoverschools.org . The contact
\nat Cedar is Mike Oats, Principal, and he can be reached at 781-878-7228 or

\nThere is no tuition for the Half-Day option.<\/p>\n
They request that you bring the following forms when you come to register:
\n\u2022\tOriginal birth certificate
\n\u2022\tProof of residency (2 items: See www.hanoverschools.org for residency
\nrequirements)
\n\u2022\tReport of the most recent physical examination and immunizations <\/p>\n
As part of the registration process, they ask you to complete the following
\nforms, which can be downloaded from the Hanover School\u2019s website:

\n\u2022\tMedical History
\n\u2022\tParent Information Form
\n\u2022\tDevelopmental Questionnaire
\n\u2022\tPrimary Home Language Survey<\/p>\n
If you are applying for Full-Day Option, please include:
\n\u2022\tKindergarten Reduced Tuition Application
\n\u2022\t$500 deposit check made to The Town of Hanover toward the $3750 annual
\ntuition. The required deposit of $500 will be deducted from the full
\ntuition amount and the remaining balance will be split over four equal
\npayments of $812.50. Payments will be due August 1, 2018; November 1,
\n2018; February 1, 2019; and May 1, 2019.<\/p>\n
You may also pick up a registration packet at the school office on one of
\nthe registration dates. It is not necessary for children to attend this
\nregistration.<\/p>\n
