The search for Hanover’s next Town Manager continues to move forward. Last
\nmonth Hanover’s consultant, Municipal Resources, Inc., met with department
\nheads, residents, and town employees to gather feedback on the personal
\nattributes, leadership qualities, and experience desired for the next Town
\nManager. In addition, they also sought input on the major issues and
\nchallenges facing the town.<\/p>\n
The position has now been advertised and applications will be accepted

Residents still have the opportunity to provide input directly to Municipal
\nResources, Inc directly via email to: hanovertm@mrigov.com<\/p>\n
Also, the Board of Selectmen is still accepting applications for residents
\nwho are interested in serving on the Town Manager Interview Panel. The
\nmembers will represent the community on a panel facilitated by Municipal
\nResources, Inc. in order to provide input as to how each semi-final
\ncandidate fits with the community. As a member of this panel you will be
\nasked to assess certain personal characteristics, attributes and aspects of
\nindividual style that relate to how well a candidate may interact with and
\nbe viewed by members of the community. It’s anticipated that the
\nsemi-final interviews will be conducted on a single Saturday in early
\nMarch.<\/p>\n
Members of the panel will be asked to guard the privacy of candidates and
\nthe information obtained during the search process. If you are interested
