Candidates Night, sponsored by the Hanover Woman’s Club, Juniors, will take
\nplace on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the large meeting room at
\nthe Hanover Town Hall, 550 Hanover Street. <\/p>\n
Candidates Night is an annual event that features candidates running for
\noffice in Hanover. The program will consist of a short presentation by
\neach candidate running for a town office followed by a question and answer
\nperiod led by moderator Carol Mattes. The forum is open to the public and
\ngives those attending a chance to hear the views of the candidates on
\nimportant issues affecting the town and to ask questions of those
\ncandidates. Hearing the candidates in this setting will give town
\nresidents the opportunity to cast an educated vote on May 12th during the
\ntown elections. With ten open positions for town offices it should prove
\nto be a lively and informative meeting and it is hoped that many residents
\nwill attend. <\/p>\n
