The results of the 2018 Annual Town Election are now in. Please see the
\nattached unofficial results. Brian Barthelmes has indicated to me
\npersonally that he does not intend to seek a recount.<\/p>\n
Congratulations to all of the candidates – win or lose – for participating
\nin our political process. It’s not easy to run for elected office! ;) <\/p>\n
Thanks also to all who came out to vote. Clearly, as this election shows,
\nevery vote counts. Further, the consistent low turnout in our local
\nelection over the past several years has already generated some discussion
\nabout the timing of the election, which I am sure we will continue to
\nexplore in the future.<\/p>\n
