Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
During the month of June, the library will host yoga classes for children
\nages three to five years on Monday mornings. Classes will be held June 4,
\n11, 18, and 25, all at 11:00 a.m.<\/p>\n
Instructor Christine Walker will teach 45 minute classes that incorporate
\ncardio conditioning, fun music, and stories, and teach children the
\nbenefits of traditional yoga: meditation, breathing techniques, peace and
\nrelaxation. Christine is an insured certified Kidding Around Yoga and
\nCreative Relaxation Yoga Therapy instructor. The instructor will supply
\neverything\u2026. yoga mats, props, and music. Children will also go home with
\na yoga related activity such as guided relaxations, mandala coloring pages,
\nyoga poses related to a story that the group read that day.<\/p>\n
Please register from the Calendar section of the library’s website,
\nwww.hanovermass.com\/library. When you register for the first class on June
\n4 you will be considered registered for all four class dates. For more
