Baby and Me Stroller Barre<\/p>\n
Two new sessions beginning in January! Join Hanover Park and Rec with
\ninstructor Kate Woodard for Baby and Me Stroller Barre! <\/p>\n
A 45-minute total body cardio and strength class incorporating movements
\nfrom a variety of fitness disciplines (barre, Pilates, yoga, HIIT and
\nstrength training) to promote stability, posture, cardiovascular endurance
\nand muscular strength. Participants will use their stroller for all barre
\nfocused exercises and a yoga mat for floor work. Each class will have
\ndedicated core and pelvic floor work for postpartum moms. No previous
\nbarre experience needed. All are welcome! Children are not expected to
\nremain in the stroller for the duration of the class. Participants should
\nbe prepared to be responsible for the activities of their children
\nthroughout. <\/p>\n
Who: Infants and Toddlers with an Adult
\nWhen: Tuesdays; January 8th – January 29th
\n Saturdays; January 12th – February 2nd
\nWhere: Hanover COA (665 Center Street)
\nTime: Tuesdays; 9:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
\n Saturdays; 9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
\nCost: $48 for 4-week session
\n $15 drop in class
