\nStreet, on Wednesday, January 30th, 2019 for Case Z-19-01. Please note the
\nlocation change from the Hanover High School Auditorium. Hearings begin at
\n7:30 p.m. The applicant PREP Hanover Real Estate, LLC, 1790 Bonanza Drive,
\nSuite 201, Park City Utah 84060, filed with the Town Clerk on December 21,
\n2018 for property located at 1775 Washington Street, Washington Street
\nRear, and 3 Mill Street, Assessors Map 18 Lot 7, Map 18 Lot 4, and Map 24
\nLot 14, zoned Planned Shopping Center District, Wireless Telecommunications
\nDistrict, Village Planned Unit Development, Aquifer Protection Zone, and
\nFlood Zone. <\/p>\n
The applicant requests a variance from Hanover Zoning Bylaws Section
\n6.11.20.H from the thirty-five foot (35\u2019) height and Section 7.110 three
\nstory height to allow for a fifty-three feet (53 ft.) four story multi-unit
\nresidential building. The applicant is also seeking a variance for the
\nrate of development from 1.5% per year to build all 297 units as a single
\ncomprehensive development. The applicants, their representatives and any
\nother persons desiring to be heard should appear at the time and place
\ndesignated for the public hearing. Plans and accompanying documents can be
