Dear fellow Hanoverians:
\nIf you’re a woman who has been out of the workplace for a while and you are
\nstruggling to find employment, we want to help. Together with a very
\ntalented group of local volunteers, we’re dedicating a day to improving
\nyour resume, interview skills, wardrobe and much more.<\/p>\n
Join us on March 3rd for SHE’S HIRED! A free collaborative effort for women
\nby women, sponsored by Macy’s, South Shore Savings Bank, The Hanover Mall,
\nAbbey Knoll Photography and South Shore Children’s Museum. Throughout the
\nday, we will be providing free makeup and hair, wardrobe and professional
\nheadshots. We will also be providing free resume consultation, LinkedIn
\nprofile development, and conducting mock interviews, which will help
\nparticipants put their best foot forward in the job market. A group of
\nthirty applicants will be selected at random. If you\u2019re interested in
\nbeing a participant, simply fill out the application linked below. This is
\na free event, no strings attached…. really! Sometimes women just want to
\ndo good things for other women. (Editor\u2019s note: I personally can\u2019t
\nwait to help with mock interviews!) You must be available all day on
\nSunday, March 3rd, and be able to travel to Hanover.<\/p>\n
