On Sunday May 3rd at 7:00 p.m., singer-songwriter
\nBill Staines will perform a benefit concert for the youth mission trip to
\nMississippi in the sanctuary of the First Congregational Church.  For over
\n30 years, Bill has traveled throughout North America singing his songs and
\ndelighting audiences.  He has recorded 22 albums and is one of the most
\npopular singers on the folk circuit today.  Bill has appeared on A
\nPrairie Home Companion, Mountain Stage and The Good Evening Show.  <\/b>Many
\nartists including Peter, Paul and Mary, Makem and Clancy, Nanci Griffith, Mason
\nWilliams, and Glen Yarborough have recorded Bill’s songs.  Refreshments
\nwill be served at intermission.  Tickets are $16 for adults and $7 for
\nchildren 12 years and under.  For tickets and information contact the
