Reminders will not be sent &#8211; I clog up your in-boxes<br \/>\nenough as it is!  :)<\/p>\n<p>Hanover Parks and Recreation presents: Free Sunday Concert Series at the<br \/>\nPavilion at Forge Pond Park!<br \/>\nEvery other Sunday, June 30th &#8211; September 8th<br \/>\n5:00 p.m. &#8211; 7:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Please bring a chair and blanket and join Park and Rec for an evening of<br \/>\nfamily, friends and great entertainment at Forge Pond Park (253 King<br \/>\nStreet).  Extreme Tailgators Barbeque (6\/30,7\/14 and 9\/8), South Shore Taco<br \/>\nGuy (7\/28) and Mom on the Go Food Truck and Restaurant (8\/11 and 8\/25) will<br \/>\nbe there with dinner, snacks and drinks to purchase!  NEW this year<br \/>\nBurke\u2019s Alewerks will be selling beer at each concert!<\/p>\n<p>June 30th &#8211; The 781 Band<br \/>\nThe 781 Band plays your favorite top 40 hits from the last 30 years!  Pop,<br \/>\nRock, Country and anything else that gets you moving!  The band consists of<br \/>\nRob Short (lead vocals), Drew Contois (lead guitar and vocals), Ryan Calter<br \/>\n(rhythm guitar and vocals), Todd Laporte (bass) and John Iacadoro (drums).<\/p>\n<p>July 14th &#8211; The New City Cowboys<br \/>\nThe New City Cowboys are a group of country music lovin&#8217; lifelong friends<br \/>\nbased, of all places, just south of Boston.  They\u2019ve been performing for<br \/>\nyears as The Armstrong Brothers Band to popular acclaim throughout the<br \/>\nSouth Shore since the 1980\u2019s. But they love the new music coming out of<br \/>\nNashville so much that five years ago they formed their new band, The New<br \/>\nCity Cowboys, to bring the \u201cnew Nashville sound\u201d to the Boston area.<br \/>\nTheir goal is to make sure that you have as good a time listening to their<br \/>\nfavorite country music as they do performing it for you!<br \/>\nThe New City Cowboys are: Jim and Joe Armstrong, Bill Holbrook, as well as<br \/>\noccasional visiting musicians and longtime \u2018friends of the band\u201d,<br \/>\nperforming the country music we love from the likes of Kenny Chesney, Jason<br \/>\nAldean, Eric Church, and others.<\/p>\n<p>July 28th &#8211; 5:00 p.m. Paul Doolittle and Erin Thornton, and 6:00 p.m. John<br \/>\nDoney<br \/>\nPaul Doolittle and Erin Thornton are an acoustic duo playing classic songs<br \/>\nfrom all decades of the modern era of American popular music.<br \/>\nJohn Doney is a singer-songwriter with Western MA roots who has settled<br \/>\ndown in the South Shore.  His music has been influenced by folk, rock,<br \/>\nblues and country.  He pulls from the likes of the Beatles and Paul Simon,<br \/>\nwith a nod towards rock n&#8217; roll&#8217;s country and blues foundation.  He has<br \/>\nbeen writing and performing music across the state for the past 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>August 11th &#8211; Rick Barron and The Quavers<br \/>\nTheir music is described as original country Americana, oldies and<br \/>\nrock-n-roll.   Rick has won awards for his songwriting for Billboard and<br \/>\nM.C.M.A.A. in Massachusetts and performed his songs in Nashville at the<br \/>\nfamous Bluebird Cafe, Charlie Daniels&#8217; Talent Show and many other venues in<br \/>\nthe South Shore and beyond!  Rick has been headlined as a &#8220;Brookline cop<br \/>\nwho is a real country crooner\u201d.   The band performs regularly Mr.<br \/>\nDooley\u2019s Irish Village Pub.<\/p>\n<p>August 25th &#8211; Divas with a Twist<br \/>\nDivas with a Twist is a unique musical group that performs all different<br \/>\ngenres of music, and they are based out of Boston.  With five powerhouse<br \/>\nfemale vocalists, backed by Grammy nominated musicians, Divas with a Twist<br \/>\nis sure to captivate any audience.  The musicians and vocalists bring<br \/>\noriginality and a high powered sound, creating and delivering unique and<br \/>\nhighly entertaining performances every time! You&#8217;ll hear songs by Queen,<br \/>\nThe Who, Gloria Estefan, The Temptations, Aretha Franklin, Michael Jackson,<br \/>\nMaroon Five, Lady Gaga, Adele and MORE!<\/p>\n<p>September 8th &#8211; North Sea Gas<br \/>\nHave a &#8220;Gas&#8221;!  &#8220;North Sea Gas&#8221; that is!  One of Scotland&#8217;s most popular and<br \/>\nenduring bands, &#8220;North Sea Gas&#8221; formed over 39 years ago and is still<br \/>\ncontinually traveling the world bringing their brand of Scottish<br \/>\ntraditional, contemporary and self-penned music to the people.
