Earlier this week the Hanover Planning Board held their second hearing with
\nPREP, the developers of Hanover Crossing, formerly known as the Hanover
\nMall. During that meeting, the Town Manager read a letter that summarized
\nthe comments from the Town of Hanover management team regarding the
\ndevelopment’s impacts on the town’s municipal services.<\/p>\n
I’ve had a few inquiries and discussions about the letter, and of course
\nfound it to be personally of interest as I watched the hearing on TV that
\nevening. Some folks have had trouble finding it; hence this e-mail. It is
