Chess Club for Kids at John Curtis Library<\/p>\n
Mr. Doug Southall will lead a chess club for all ages, meeting every other
\nMonday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. October meetings will be on 10\/7 and 10\/21.
\nThe chess club will be geared towards teaching beginners and inexperienced
\nplayers of all ages how to play and enjoy the great game of chess. Each
\nmeeting will start with a lesson followed by “free play”, with instruction
\ngiven as needed. Some chess sets will be provided, or bring your own.
\nNo registration needed, just drop in. For more information, please contact
\nthe children’s librarian at lcampbell@ocln.org.<\/p>\n
