Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n

The community of Hanover will be faced with an important
\ndecision at the May Annual  Town Meeting – the potential
\nestablishment of a Town Manager form of government.  The Town Manager
\nStudy Committee has worked diligently with departments, boards, officials, and
\nresidents to draft a proposal which more effectively addresses the future needs
\nof the town.  Residents who would like to work on the passage of this
\nproposal are welcome to attend a meeting on Monday, April 13, 7:30 p.m., in the
\nHanover Police Station Community Room.   To learn more about this
\neffort and why a Town Manager form of government will best meet the challenges
\nof the future, please join the Committee on the 13th.  For
