Baby and Me Stroller Barre
\nLast fall, Hanover Park and Recreation introduced a brand new program and
\nby popular demand they will continue with a new session! Join instructor
\nKate Woodard for Baby and Me Stroller Barre! <\/p>\n
Baby and Me Stroller Barre is a 45-minute total body cardio and strength
\nclass incorporating movements from a variety of fitness disciplines (barre,
\nPilates, yoga, HIIT and strength training) to promote stability, posture,
\ncardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Participants will use their
\nstroller for all barre focused exercises and a yoga mat for floor work.
\nEach class will have dedicated core and pelvic floor work for postpartum
\nmoms. No previous barre experience needed. All are welcome! Children are
\nnot expected to remain in the stroller for the duration of the class.
\nParticipants should be prepared to be responsible for the activities of
\ntheir children throughout. <\/p>\n
Who: Infants and toddlers with an adult
\nWhen:
\nWednesdays, October 16th – November 6th
\nSaturdays, November 2nd – November 23rd
\nWhere: Hanover COA (665 Center Street)
\nTime: Wednesdays, 10:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
\nSaturdays, 8:45 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
\nCost: $48 for 4 week session, $15 drop in classes; please email
\nrecreation@hanover-ma.gov if you’d like to drop in.
