Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
Absentee ballots and ballot applications are available now in the Hanover
\nTown Clerk\u2019s Office for all voters living in Hanover wishing to vote by
\nabsentee ballot in the Presidential Primary. The election will be held
\nTuesday, March 3, 2020, and Early Voting will be held February 24 \u2013 28,
\n2020.<\/p>\n
Absentee ballot applications are for use by registered voters who are
\nunable to vote at the polls on Election Day due to:
\n1)\t Absence from the Town of Hanover during normal polling hours (7:00 a.m.
\n\u2013 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3rd); (but remember you can vote early!) or
\n2)\tPhysical disability preventing you from going to the polling place; or
\n3)\tReligious belief;<\/p>\n
OR they are for use by<\/p>\n
Non-registered voters who are:
\n1)\t A Massachusetts citizen absent from the state; or
\n2)\tAn active member of the armed forces or merchant marines, their spouse
\nor dependent; or
\n3)\tA person confined in a correctional facility or a jail, except if by
\nreason of felony conviction.<\/p>\n
Applications for absentee ballots must be received by noon on the day
\nbefore the election, in this case, by noon on Monday, March 2nd. For more
