Elizabeth Johansen of a Hanover-based design consultancy called Spark
\nHealth Design, in partnership with Design that Matters, has just launched
\nthe first National Institutes of Health (NIH) recommended face shield that
\ncan be made with a 3D-printer and office supplies. <\/p>\n
Elizabeth hopes to motivate Hanover residents with 3D-printers to make face
\nshields to benefit our community, and to find local healthcare workers,
\nnursing homes, visiting nurses, and grocery store clerks who would like a
\nface shield. The design is open source and available online at
