In response to some inquiries:<\/p>\n
ALL vote-by-mail ballots must be returned to the Hanover Town Clerk’s
\nOffice by Friday June 26th at 12 noon, or to a Warden at the HHS polls
\nbetween 12 noon – 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 27th.<\/p>\n
Postmarks for this local election DO NOT COUNT, despite what you may have
\nread regarding other states’ laws or even other state elections here in
\nHanover. Ballots received after 6:00 p.m. on Saturday night will NOT be
\ncounted.<\/p>\n
If you have not voted yet, the Town Clerk’s Office (lower level side
\nparking lot door only) will be open for walk-in absentee voters between
\n8:00 a.m. – 12 noon on Friday, June 26th, OR come to the Hanover High
\nSchool polls (back parking lot door only) from 12 noon – 6:00 p.m. on
\nSaturday, June 27th and vote in person there. Wear a mask and expect to
\nsocial distance and wait in line.<\/p>\n
