The Town of Hanover’s ballot drop box will be emptied of ballots and then
\ntemporarily closed for Halloween night from 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October
\n31 until 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 1st. Residents wishing to return
\ntheir Vote by Mail ballots should do so either before or after that brief
\nclosure time. The deadline to return a ballot to that location is 8:00
\np.m. on Tuesday, November 3rd.<\/p>\n
