The John Curtis Library is hosting two virtual programs for children and
\nfamilies during the school vacation week.<\/p>\n
On Monday, December 28 at 11:00 a.m., magician Debbie O\u2019Carroll will
\nconduct a Make Your Own Magic Tricks Zoom Workshop. Children will learn how
\nto make and perform 5 amazing magic tricks with everyday objects found
\naround the house. This hour-long workshop is ideal for ages 7 and older
\n(younger siblings are also welcome). To register, please email

On Wednesday, December 30, Pumpernickel Puppets will present a fun,
\nimaginative and interactive production of The Three Billy Goats Gruff and
\nThe Lion and the Mouse, plus a puppet making demonstration. The video
\nwill be up between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on that date so families are
\nable to watch at their leisure. Log on to

Both performers have appeared at the library on multiple occasions. The
\nprograms are funded by the Friends of the John Curtis Free Library. For
