The Board of Selectmen recently voted to accept articles for the 2021
\nAnnual Town Meeting Warrant until Monday, January 25, 2021, at 12:00 noon.
\nThe Board also voted to accept articles for the Special Town Meeting
\nWarrant until Monday, February 22, 2021, at 12:00 noon. Basically, this
\nmeans that now is the time to submit your ideas for how our Town should be
\nrun.<\/p>\n
If the article you are submitting is from a Board or Committee, please be
\nsure the Board or Committee\u2019s meeting minutes reflect the vote to support
\nthe article. If the article is being submitted by an entity other than a
\nBoard or Committee or town official, initiative petition signatures must be
\ncollected; contact the Town Clerk’s Office for more information. Articles
\nmust be submitted in final form using Times New Roman font size 12 without
\n\u201cheaders or footers\u201d in the document. Please submit articles to Janet
\nTierney at janet.tierney@hanover-ma.gov. As always, please submit articles
\nof genuine necessity, keeping budget limitations in mind.<\/p>\n
Please note that any ballot questions (including Proposition 2\u00bd overrides)
\nshould be submitted by the January 25, 2021 deadline date noted above.<\/p>\n
