Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
The John Curtis Library will be sponsoring Zoom yoga classes for children
\non Mondays at 11:00 a.m. starting February 8. Christine Walker, who has
\ntaught extremely popular classes at the library in the last few years, is
\nthe instructor. The class is geared toward children ages three to six
\nyears, but all ages are welcome to participate. To register, please email
\nlcampbell@ocln.org and include child\u2019s name and age, parent\/caregiver\u2019s
\nname, phone number and email address. The Zoom link will be sent to
\nregistered participants in advance of the first class. <\/p>\n
A message from the instructor and description of the class:
\n“Miss Christine from Little Bee Yoga Co. is so excited to be able to share
\nthe magic of yoga with her John Curtis Library families again!! Partner
\nwith your little yogi in super fun poses, games, music, stories, breathing
\nexercises, meditation, and guided relaxations that help to strengthen their
\nbodies, minds and souls… We’ll bark in downward dog, meow in cat pose and
\nroar in lion pose while we take a yoga journey that you and your child will
\nnever forget! This fun class provides a beautiful bonding experience
\nbetween the adult and child. Each class is 45 minutes.”<\/p>\n
The classes are funded by the Friends of the Library.
