As you may know, due to new legislation passed in June of 2022, Vote by
\nMail is permanently available to any registered voter going forward.
\nHowever, the last day to request a mailed ballot is the 5th business day
\nprior to the election. For the November 8th election, the deadline for the
\nTown Clerk’s Office to RECEIVE (in hand, in the office) a Vote by Mail
\napplication is this Tuesday, November 1st. This is because, according to
\nthe U.S. Postal Service, it can take up to a week for mail (your ballot) to
\nget to where it needs to go once your application is received. (Keep that
\nin mind when you return your ballot – use the Town Hall ballot drop box
\nbeginning next week!)<\/p>\n

\napplication found here:
