Yarn Donations Needed!
\nAmong the countless groups of wonderful people who donate their time and
\ntalent to help others is a group called \u2018A Stitch in Time\u2019, a knitting
\nand crocheting group at the Hanover Council on Aging. <\/p>\n
This \u201cclose knit\u201d group meets every week at the COA on Tuesdays at 9:00
\nam. They knit, crochet, socialize, share patterns, and help each other
\nimprove on their stitches (if needed!). If you know basic stitching and
\nwould be interested in attending, please feel free to stop in on a Tuesday
\nmorning and join in on the fun. All are welcome. <\/p>\n
Several members of the group donate lovingly hand-made items that are for
\nsale on the Peddler\u2019s Cart at the Senior Center at 665 Center Street in
\nHanover. The proceeds from these sales help fund programs and events at the
\nCOA.
\nYarn is needed for the group to use for their various projects. If you
\nhave yarn or are looking for a good cause to donate to, please feel free to
\ndrop off yarn to the Hanover COA. Any questions you can call the COA
