Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
Would you like to share some seasonal holiday spirit? We can spread joy,
\nlove, and compassion to those around us with acts of kindness and
\ngenerosity as we support those in need. The John Curtis Library, 534
\nHanover Street, is collecting holiday stockings filled with necessities for
\nindividuals living without permanent housing. Some of the new items that
\nare most appreciated are:<\/p>\n
Gloves
\nWinter hats
\nScarves
\nHand and toe warmers
\nSmall toiletries, lip balm, hand lotion
\nCandy, chocolates, gum
\nGift cards to Walmart, Target, grocery stores or fast-food restaurants such
\nas Dunkin’ Donuts or McDonalds<\/p>\n
The library will have a collection bin on the lobby counter for the holiday
\nstockings. The collection deadline is Friday, December 22. Your generosity
\nis greatly appreciated! If you have any questions, please contact
