Tavern Night at Stetson House
\nSaturday, May 4th, 2024, 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
On Saturday, May 4th the Hanover Historical Society will host its annual
\ntavern at the Historic Drummer Samuel Stetson House in Hanover Center!
\nSamuel Stetson was a noted man in 1700s Hanover when his home was a
\n\u201ctavern stand and a famous place of resort.\u201d<\/p>\n
Enjoy an evening of good food, traditional tavern games, entertainment from
\nThe Road Back Home, and beer from Mayflower Brewery to celebrate the
\nhistory of Hanover\u2019s 18th Century hospitality. Explore the Stetson House
\nand grounds, see the Cobbler\u2019s Shop and Barn, and join your neighbors
\nfrom the community for our Annual Tavern Night at Stetson House.
\nProceeds from this event will benefit the educational programs of the
\nHanover Historical Society.<\/p>\n
