Join the Town of Hanover and Hanover Pride on Saturday, June 1, 2024, for
\ntheir Fourth Annual \u201cDon\u2019t Hide the Pride\u201d event at Forge Pond Park
\n(245 King Street), starting at 4:00 p.m. and until 8:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
The event will feature food trucks, a beer\/wine garden, vendors, event
\nspeakers, two bouncy houses, and plenty of fun for everyone! Be sure to
\nbring your own chairs, food or non-alcoholic beverages and have a picnic. <\/p>\n
Activities:
\nTouch-a-Truck (Hanover’s fire truck and police cruiser will be open for a
\nclose-up look)
\nYard games and a scavenger hunt
\nFace painting by Hanover High School students
\nFood Trucks (Thyme Traveling, Wunderlust, Sweetie’s Shaved Ice, Heidi’s
\nHollow) <\/p>\n
Schedule:
\n4:00 p.m.: Speaker and thank you kick-offs
\nTBA – Center Elementary School kick-off music
\n4:30 – 5:30 p.m.: Silly Sally Bubble Entertainment Show
\n5:30 – 6:30 p.m.: Silly Sally Making Rainbow Hats
\n5:30 – 6:00 p.m.: Drumming with Pride
\n6:00 – 8:00 p.m.: Live Music
\nMany vendor tables!<\/p>\n
Want to help out and be a bigger part of the day? Hanover Pride needs
\nvolunteers to help make the day successful. Students can earn community
\nservice hours for any time they spend volunteering, too. Below is a link
\nto the signup genius where people can choose specific times\/roles to help
\nout.
