The Hanover Historical Society will hold its Annual Meeting on Saturday,
\nNovember 1st, at 4:00 p.m., at the Phoenix Lodge. A brief business meeting
\nwill be followed by a presentation “The Boston Tea Party and the South
\nShore”.
\nDescribed by John Adams as \u201cThe most magnificent movement of all\u201d, the
\ndestruction of shipments of East India Company tea on December 16, 1773,
\nwould propel America down the road to revolution. Join Evan O\u2019Brien,
\nBoston Tea Party Ships & Museum\u2122 Creative Manager and Hanover Historical
\nSociety Board Member, as he discusses a myriad of fascinating connections
