Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
Spring registration is open for children interested in playing Lacrosse.
\nPrograms are available for players in PreK – Grade 8. Players are divided
\nby boys and girls and each age level focuses on appropriate fundamentals
\nincluding throwing, catching and ground balls, rules of the game and
\nsportsmanship. As children progress, they will participate in games with
\nprograms in other towns. <\/p>\n
Registration is open for players in grades PreK – 2 and limited spots are
\navailable for players in grades 3 – 8. <\/p>\n
Practices are held weekly on Tuesdays and\/or Thursdays at Forge Pond Park.
\nGames are held on the weekends, typically on Sundays so as not to conflict
\nwith town soccer, baseball and softball programs. <\/p>\n
Children in PreK and K (currently 4 and 5 years old for the 2025-26 school
\nyear) will participate in a special Hanover only, SCOOPS Lacrosse program
\nrun by Matt Belson on Thursdays at Forge Pond Park. Check out their website
