The Hanover High Animal Care Club at Hanover High School has launched a
\ndonation drive to support Buddy and Friends Animal Rescue, a local
\nvolunteer-run organization committed to rescuing, rehabilitating, and
\nrehoming dogs in need.<\/p>\n
Who: Hanover High student Audrey Martin and the Hanover High School Animal
\nCare Club<\/p>\n
What: A student-led drive collecting new, unused items and monetary
\ndonations for Buddy and Friends Animal Rescue.
\n\u2022\tDonations are ongoing, but the first delivery will take place February
\n12 for a special Valentine\u2019s Day drop-off.
\n\u2022\tThe rescue\u2019s full Wish List is included as a PDF attachment.<\/p>\n
Where: Donations may be placed in the collection box located in the main
\nlobby at Hanover High School.<\/p>\n
How:
\n1.\tDrop off new, unused items at Hanover High School.
\n2.\tMake a monetary donation via Venmo: @audreyem2024
\n3.\tIf needed, donation pickup can be arranged by emailing:
\namartin27@hanoverstudents.org<\/p>\n
Why:
\nBuddy and Friends Animal Rescue continually needs supplies to care for dogs
\nawaiting foster or permanent homes. This drive allows students and
\ncommunity members to directly support animal welfare and make a meaningful
\nimpact.
\n\u201cOur goal is to help the dogs get the supplies they need and ultimately
\nfind loving homes,\u201d said Audrey Martin, junior at Hanover High School and
\npresident of the Animal Care Club. \u201cEvery donation\u2014big or small\u2014truly
\nmakes a difference.\u201d<\/p>\n
