Providing optimal speed and agility training, we look to improve your child’s athletic performance.

The camp will incorporate the proper techniques to various game related movements that will sharpen the athlete’s understanding of how to react to different scenarios in live athletic competition. While the workouts have a background stemming from both football and soccer, the training will improve performance and technique for athletes who play basketball, lacrosse, hockey and baseball. A strength portion for the camp will also be incorporated, putting a stress on strengthening the players’ core.

Competing at the NCAA collegiate level, we have realized the difference speed and agility training has made on our overall performances. We see this as a great opportunity for high school athletes to get the edge they need to achieve even greater success in their respective sports.
