Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In case you haven’t driven through the center =
\nof town
\nduring the day this week, you may not know that the Town of Hanover =
\nParks and
\nRecreation day camp has commenced!  Drop off starts at 8:30 a.m. =
\nand pick-up is
\nat 2:30 p.m.  Traffic is always tied up the first couple of days, =
\nbut it does
\nsmooth out as the summer goes along.  If you are able to take an =
\nalternate
\nroute during those times, however, it might be helpful!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

More important, however, is the fact that the B. =
\nEverett
\nHall Playground Complex is a “closed campus” during camp =
\nhours
\n(M-F, 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.).  The playground (including the =
\ntot lot),
\ntennis court, basketball courts, street hockey rink, volleyball area, =
\nbandstand,
\nfields, etc. are all not available<\/i><\/b> for use by the general =
\npublic during
\nthose times.  The Parks and Recreation Department has been charged =
\nwith the
\nsafety of literally hundreds of Hanover’s children enrolled in the =
\nPark
\nand Rec program, and nothing is more important!  <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Parks and Recreation Committee recognizes that =
\nthis will
\nresult in some schedule juggling for townspeople for the 6 short weeks =
\nthat
\ncamp runs, and appreciates the understanding of everyone =
\ninvolved.<\/p>\n
