With 4 minutes left in the half, the lights went out and after an hour’s delay play continued. Less than 10 minutes into the 2nd half, Brian Powers scored again, taking a feed from Colin Shea and going to the far post for a pretty goal. James Oliver’s goalkeeping was also solid making multiple saves. The Hanover boys’ soccer team plays next at Quincy’s Veterans Stadium tomorrow, Thursday, 11/13 at 7:00 p.m. vs. Pembroke. For bracket info, go to: http://miaa.statebrackets.com/tmenu.cfm?tid=1074 .

For directions to the stadium, please click here: http://www.miaa.net/veterans_memorial_stadium-directions.htm .

For “Around Town on the Web”,
Cathy H-B

Dear fellow Hanoverians: My on-the-scene reporter (I have reporters now?!)
