On Friday, November 27th, the Town of Hanover filed a "Petition for
\nInterlocutory Relief" from the injunction issued by the Superior Court on
\nFriday, November 20th. Specifically, the petition requests that the court
\nvacate the order for the injunction.<\/p>\n
In plain English, this means that the town has appealed the court’s order
\nthat stopped work at the high school. A decision on this appeal should be
\nmade before the end of this week. The petition can be found at
